We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal identifiable information (PII). This privacy policy contains as to how we protect your PII that you may share with us once in a while using the HealthyFit app.

To use the HealthyFit app the only piece of personal information that we require from the customers to provide us is their email address that we retain to maintain the customer’s profile. We do NOT share your email address with anyone.

Information Collection and Use

To determine your health profile and for a better user experience, we may require you to provide us your email address, current weight, and waist. The information that we request will be saved in your phone except the email address that is retained by us to associate with you and manage your profile.

Log Data

We encourage you to email us your feedback or to report a defect in the app. The required log data in the email should contain your name, email address, and device details so that we can act on it and resolve it.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. The HealthyFit app does NOT use these “cookies” explicitly; however, the free version of the HealthyFit app may use third party service provider that may use cookies to identify your device or may access your personal information to show relevant ads that may be useful to you. If you wish to remove ads then you can switch to HealthyFit premium version.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. This policy is effective as of 2^ndApril 2021.

Acceptance of Terms

The services that Infory provides to you are subject to the following Terms of Use ("TOU"). Infory reserves the right to update and modify the TOU at any time without notice to you. The most current version of the TOU can be reviewed by clicking on the "Terms of Use" hypertext link located at the bottom of our payment subscription page in HealthyFit app. When we make updates to the TOU, Infory will update the date at the top of this page. By using the page after a new version of the TOU has been posted, you agree to the terms of such new version.

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of HealthyFit app.

By accessing to the Service, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. You should not use HealthyFit if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Basic Introduction

Infory develops tech products like like HealthyFit mobile application. Our iOS applications can be downloaded from the Apple App Store, which is operated and owned by Apple Inc. and other companies within its group ("Apple"). Our Android applications can be downloaded from Google Play, which is owned and operated by Google Inc. and other companies within its group ("Google"). We develop our products for informational purposes only. You must ALWAYS consult your physician or doctor before using any HealthyFit product. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you confirm that you are solely responsible for your state of health.

The source codes, texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations and information ("Content") contained in Our Products and Services are Intellectual Property of Infory and are protected by copyright laws. We owns and retains all rights in the HealthyFit Content and Services.

By using our products, you hereby warrant that: (i) all information contained in any submission by you is either owned by you or rights have been granted to you permitting you to disseminate the information as set forth in these terms and conditions; and (ii) the information contained in any submissions by you does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to, copyright, trademark, patent, or trade secret rights. Membership Subscriptions

HealthyFit Premium membership subscriptions that grant you access to additional features like customised plan and Ads removal etc . HealthyFit offers monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual subscription options. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at the end of the 7-days-FREE trial of Premium access. Paid subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled in the manage subscriptions section of your account settings.

Our Service is provided “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, without express or implied warranty or condition of any kind. you use the HealthyFit Service at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HealthyFit and all owners of the content make no representations and disclaim any warranties or conditions of satisfactory quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non- infringement.

Limitations of Liability

In no event shall HealthyFit be liable for any loss or damages (including without limitation of any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential loss or damage):

Access to the Service or inability to access to the Service;

-Any third party's conduct, content, information or data;

Personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and/or use of (or your inability to access and use) the HealthyFit Services, including, without limitation, making private content public or any damage caused to your phone or software or information stored thereon;

Any unauthorized access to or use of HealthyFit Services and/or any and all personal, private, and/or other information stored therein.
